WAYNESBORO, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Waynesboro Police have arrested a second person in connection with the shooting death of 22-year-old Seth Wayne Wallace on Memorial Day weekend.
According to the Waynesboro Police Department blotter, Kaylee Grace Turner, 21, was apprehended Wednesday and charged with two felonies, including second-degree murder.
Authorities have already charged Dustin Allen Dove, 24, of McGaheysville with two felonies, including malicious assault, for his role in the shooting incident that took place on May 25 in the 1300 block of D Street.
Both Dove and Turner are being held without bond.
