This week’s weather: Temperatures rise along with the humidity

HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – High pressure will move off the coast today, allowing a warmer and more humid air mass to move over the Mid Atlantic. Temperatures will climb to near 90 degrees today and Monday and closer to 95 by Tuesday and Wednesday. Heat indices will be in the upper 90’s to low 100’s through Thursday. Little rain is expected, although some severe storms will be possible around Wednesday and Thursday.
