Clearing skies tonight, a scattered thunderstorm Saturday

HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – Warm and humid conditions could lead to more showers and thunderstorms today. There is a slight risk some storms today may reach severe levels with hail and damaging winds possible. The best chance for severe storms forming will be north of the Shenandoah Valley. Drier conditions will arrive with the Labor Day weekend, as high pressure drops south, out of the Great Lakes, this weekend into next week.

Tomorrow night: mostly cloudy and humid with occasional rain and a thunderstorm in the evening followed by a shower in spots late. Low 63. Winds north-northeast 4-8 mph.
