Vehicle Break-Ins in the Glen Burnie and Spring Lakes Area

AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va – Augusta County authorities report that over the past several days, there have been multiple reports filed for vehicles that have been rummaged through and had items stolen in the Glen Burnie and Spring Lakes Area .

Sheriff’s Lieutenant Leslie Snyder stated that the suspect or suspects are targeting money and valuables.

She is asking residents in those areas to check their security cameras for any suspicious activity and report anything of interest to the Sheriff’s Office at 540-245-5333.

Snyder also reminds folks to remove all valuables from their vehicles, lock their vehicle and be aware of their surroundings.
