A Harrisonburg man accused of causing a fatal crash earlier this year reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

Online records show that Daniel Lee Miles pleaded guilty yesterday to D-U-I Involuntary Manslaughter during a hearing in Rockingham County Circuit Court. In exchange for the plea, another charge was dropped.

The 37-year-old Miles was charged in the April 23rd crash that killed 22-year-old Cade Gravely of Harrisonburg.

Miles is scheduled to be sentenced on January 6th.

NOTE – crash happened near Harmony Square Shopping Center.
