Page County authorities have arrested one of two fugitives who have been on the run for at least four months.

On February 16th, Sheriff Chad Cubbage said deputies were searching for 34-year-old James Craig Waybright and 32-year-old Gary Wayne Cubbage on varying charges.

Waybright was wanted for abusing or neglecting children, reckless driving, eluding police and obstruction of justice. A capias was also issued after he failed to show up for a scheduled court hearing.

In an update last night, Sheriff Chad Cubbage said Waybright was taken into custody.

Gary Wayne Cubbage, 32, remains at large.

Meanwhile, Cubbage remains at large. He is wanted for the manufacturing, sale or possession of controlled substances.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Page County Sheriff’s Office.
