Martha’s Meals on Wheels Recognized for 50 Years of Service

STAUNTON, Va. — A beloved nonprofit in Staunton has been recognized for its dedication to the community on its golden anniversary.

Sixth District Congressman Ben Cline said on social media today that he presented a commemorative plaque to Martha’s Meals on Wheels in honor of 50 years of service to the Queen City.

He said that the organization has “selflessly served thousands of Staunton residents in need” since 1973.

Martha’s was formerly known as Meals on Wheels of Staunton until 2016.
