Luray, Va. –  A piece of Luray history is for sale.

Historic Page Theatre has been listed for just under a million dollars.  Questions have surrounded the fate of the property since May when longtime owner Jerry Spencer died.

According to the listing, the buyer of the property would be getting an approximately 11,872 SF building built in 1953 and updated just two years ago.  The 950-thousand dollar asking price includes the real estate, business and over a half million dollars in cinema equipment.  The building is currently outfitted with seven screens and an eighth is under construction.
