HARRISONBURG, Va. — Harrisonburg fire officials are asking the public for help identifying a person they believe intentionally set a fire last week inside Gabe’s on East Market Street.

Firefighters responded to the store around 5-30 Thursday afternoon, where employees had already put out the blaze. In a release, Harrisonburg Fire said two employees were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The fire caused an estimated 30-thousand dollars in damage.

Investigators have released surveillance images of the individual in question, a younger white male with a moustache and large tattoo on his left forearm.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Harrisonburg Fire Department, or CrimeStoppers.
